Digitalee says:Jack Daniel's Glaze (for finishing any BBQ meat)
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp Tabasco
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 C Jack Daniel's whiskey
2 C brown sugar
1/4 C water
2 beef bullion cubes
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Allow to cool, use on any grilled meat.
